IMPORTANT: The "Pandemonium" skill on MC needs to be Splitting Spirit. Party Builder literally won't let me put it there. GUARD ALL on Turn 1, make sure MC and Erika have 45001+ HP before hitting Attack on Turn 2.

Turn 1: Do prep under Actions, GUARD ALL, wait for 75%, Attack.
Turn 2: Splitting Spirit, Lecia S3 (should be lv5), use potions to heal, Attack into Daedalus Drive. Make sure MC + Erika have enough health and that CA is enabled.
Turn 3: Haase S3+4, Lyria S2, Erika S2 > MC, wait for 10%.
At 10%:
Beelzebub Call
Erika S3, Haase S1 x 2, Blitz Raid x 3, Engage Augments, Blitz Raid x 3, Erika S1 > MC
Qilin Call
Erika S2 > Haase, Haase S1, Engage Augments, Blitz Raid x 3, Erika S1 > MC
Attack with CA off if you need to, but the setup here should kill at this point.

This is a very scuffed setup I threw together for executing SUBAHA hosts, after finding that all of the easily accessible grids had just one or two things locking me out. This is notably a setup that avoids requiring the Yatima summon (by bringing in Lyria), doesn't require switching my opus key to Falsehood, and works with a 150 Ultima Gun (sword is also fine). I don't have a video at this point in time, but the wiki Leviathan execute by lichs was my starting point and the video for that setup has a very similar flow.

Obviously this isn't optimal - one of my Levi daggers is literally 0-star because I can't get more to drop, Gabriel uncapped will give a damage boost and Moon is replaceable by literally anything with a useful sub aura. Below are a bunch of ideas of fairly simple options you may have to increase your damage and make this faster/more comfortable.

If you have 000 or Grand Order uncapped, replace Moon then Wamdus. You can probably also replace one of them with Belial as long as MC and Erika still have enough HP somehow. If you don't want to uncap the Gabriel dagger I'm about 90% sure you can replace the Sigurd bow and either the Clarion or the Wilhelm Militis(if your ultima is maxed) with two more M3 daggers - losing the skill supp. on MC will lose some damage you need to make up through another source. Chain of Falsehood will undoubtedly give you more leeway, but I'm too stupid to remember to switch pendulums on a regular basis so I didn't want to use it.
